Dr. Robert J. Forche was born and raised on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. He attended St. Pius X and St. Charles Preparatory for his elementary and secondary education.

He received his B.A. in Zoology from Miami University in 1989. Rob attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1992. While in dental school, he conducted orthodontic research on Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD) and staining of Protein G. He also served as class treasurer for two years and played intramural soccer for four years.

He received several scholarships including: The Lloyd-Wilkins Dental Scholarship Fund, The Wendell D. and Helen R. Postle Scholarship and The Ohio State University Scholarship in Dentistry. He completed his orthodontic training at State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 1994. He has been a practicing orthodontist in both East Columbus and Pickerington since May of 1994.

Dr. Forche has been married since 1995 to his wife, Alison, an attorney. He has a daughter, Ashley, and a son, Dylan. He continues to be an avid soccer player, participating year-round in several suburban soccer leagues, and coaches his son’s recreational soccer team (PASA) in Pickerington, Ohio. Additionally, he enjoys snow skiing, swimming, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking and playing video games with his children.
